Aboriginal Youth within the Program regions, between the ages of 18 and 35, that have a business idea or are interested in becoming an entrepreneur.
Every voice matters. All Secwepemc people are encouraged to attend.We are committed to working in unity to build up the Secwepemc Nation and re-establish our traditional ways of governing ourselves. What are your thoughts on a Nation – to – Nation relationship with Canada? Come and share or witness to those that do.
We are pleased to announce that we are accepting applications for the 2016/17 FPCC Arts funding programs.
These grants support First Nations and Aboriginal arts through five programs: Individual Emerging Artists, Organizations and Collectives, Sharing Traditional Arts Across Generations, Arts Administrator Internships and Mentorships, and Aboriginal Youth Engaged in the Arts.
Applicants must have a demonstrated commitment to their practice in any discipline — visual, music, dance, theatre, literary or media arts — and can work in traditional or experimental forms.
In 2016, 77 projects were awarded a total of $877,000 through the five programs. The deadline for all programs is October 31, 2016.
