This event is being used as an opportunity to bring people of the North Okanagan together for an evening of hockey at our beautifully crafted building—The Splatsin Centre! There is no charge to attend; however, we encourage a donation of a canned food item for entry. I am making this request as we will have light food items available for purchase and want to ensure we have the appropriate amount of supplies.

Lakes Division ACE Program

The next LD-ACE will launch the very beginning of November 2016 and will run until the end of March 2017. PRECEDING each Cohort there will be an opportunity for anyone (all aboriginal person living  in the area) to sign up for a three day workshop where people can ‘explore’ the idea of traditional versus self-employment. This workshop is called the EAGLE workshop (Empowering Aboriginal generations of leaders and entrepreneurs).  There will be up to 4 separate offerings of this workshop.  All are identical and people will be able to choose the workshop dates that work the best for them.
