Splatsin Stsmamlt Services is a team of social workers and family support workers who are responsible for carrying out the community’s child and family services program. We are currently recruiting Casual Youth Behavioural Support Workers to join our team of professionals.
The purpose of this position is to provide supports to a small number of youth experiencing complex mental health, behavioural, and support needs that require a heightened level of support, supervision, and specialized services. The Youth Behavioural Support Worker will assist in 1:1 activities with children/youth with developmental needs. With some children, duties may include administrating medication, assisting with personal hygiene and toileting, and supporting social and emotional and behavioural goals.
Wage: $30.00 an hour for day and evening shifts and $32.00 per hour for overnight shifts.
