Dear Parents/Guardians: We want to bring to your attention a couple of incidents that have taken place recently in Armstrong that have been reported to the RCMP. -On Oct. 9 a black Ford Mustang was seen ‘circling’ Armstrong Elementary School and reported to the school by parents and then seen again later that day. -Students at Len Wood Middle School reported being approached and followed by a man over the past two weekends on Rosedale Ave. The man has been described as wearing a dark hoodie and dark blue sweatpants, is tall and slim with short dark hair and a thin goatee. He has a crooked nose and was carrying a duffle bag. He was coughing quite a bit. Please help your children by discussing this information at home, and call me with any questions.
