Are you a woman who is ready to make a change?

The WorkBC Vernon Bridges Pre-Employment workshop for women changes lives.

The next intake will begin on September 12, in-person at the Vernon WorkBC Centre located at 3105-33rd St.

In 8 weeks you will learn about:

• Strategies to manage your life, relationships and work.
• Assertiveness, problem solving, conflict resolution and self-care.
• Personal planning and goal setting.
• Creating healthy relationships and setting boundaries.
• Budgeting, nutrition and money management.

Please note that Bridges is only available to eligible clients.
