Lodging Spots Available

Splatsin Community Centre has 37 lodging spots available for members or individuals that would like to avoid the high-density smoke and remain in a safe location.

Splatsin is currently offering lodging at no cost and will provide a breakfast and lunch (with limited supplies on hand).

Located at 5767 Old Vernon Rd. in Enderby, Splatsin Community Centre offers the following services:

• Restrooms
• Breakfast and lunch
• Shower and locker rooms
• Safe and private sleeping area
• 24-hour staff on site
• Outlets/charging stations
  

The Community Centre parking lot is available for families and evacuees to sleep and/or set up their RV/Camper. If you proceed to utilize the Splatsin Community Centre parking lot, please notify greeters at the front door. Splatsin does not provide accommodation for animals within the Community Centre, with the exception of needed service animals.

The Splatsin Community Centre is currently accepting the following donations:

• Food, beverages, and nonperishable items
• New sleeping supplies such as folding cots, sleeping bags, pillows, and blankets
• Toiletries Gift Cards (toilet paper, soap, hygiene products)
• Gift cards

The following donations will NOT be accepted:

• Clothing
• Shoes or footwear 
• Medical kits 
• Money

All communities are invited to stay at the Centre as needed it is hoped that everyone stays safe during this event.
