Attention: Social Development and Person with Disabilities Clients

It’s that time of year again. All files must be updated by March 31, 2024.

All clients must make an appointment with Stephanie Killman and bring the following:

• Valid ID for themselves and dependants
• Valid Occupancy or Rental Agreement
• Any documents confirming family status changes.
• 30-day bank statement
• Void Cheque (Direct Deposit or if info has changed)
• CRA Document (Taxes)
