Annual Salary: $65,000-$75,000
The Retail Manager is responsible for overseeing the completion of all tasks required of the store’s supervisory team and their subordinates, as well as overseeing staff in all departments. The person in this role will be skilled in food service operations and coaching and customer service, and possess the ability to adapt to varying workloads.
The Manager must be capable of completing the duties required in all departments, including fuel station and car wash, as well as overseeing all sub-store operations. This includes all retail business units, including Quilakwa Canco, Q’s Float Shop, Q’s Vapor Vault, and Q’s Chester’s Chicken.
