The table below lists over-the-counter (OTC) drugs that have 100% of eligible costs covered by Plan W.

To recommend and claim an OTC drug, pharmacists must complete the Plan W OTC Recommendation form.

Note: Insulins and Plan W Non-Drug OTC Benefits do not require the recommendation form.
