Low Impact Fitness


Are you looking for an accessible opportunity to improve your health, balance, and fitness?

If so, check out the new FREE Low Impact Fitness program, developed in collaboration with Splatsin Health. This program is designed to be adaptive to all fitness levels.

These exercises can be adjusted to accommodate any pre-existing mobility concerns or challenges.

There will be onsite support provided by Garret Wasy, a physiotherapy student volunteer, and Laura Noble, a community paramedic.

Drop-in sessions are every Thursday from 12:30pm-1:00pm, in the Splatsin Community Centre. All are welcome to join!
