Indigenous Forestry Liaison Hiring Opportunity

The Canadian Forest Service’s Northern Forestry Centre (Natural Resources Canada) is accepting expressions of interest for an Indigenous Forestry Liaison position based in Edmonton, Alberta.

The successful candidate will support the department’s Northern Forest Fuels Mapping Program and will also contribute to the Government of Canada’s ongoing commitment to reconciliation with Indigenous Peoples. The position is a term position of at least 2 years duration, but employment length and type may be negotiable. Salary will be commensurate with the successful candidate’s experience and the classification of the position (estimated $89,000 – $110,000/year).
