May 17, 2023IMPORTANT NOTICEAttn: Income Assistance ClientsIt is the client’s responsibility to update their assigned Income Assistance worker on the following:• Change in financial status• Income• Marital status• Family size• Other circumstances that may affect my eligibility for benefitsAll Income Assistance Recipients have signed a form acknowledging that you understand your responsibilities of:• Job Search Forms• Monthly Bills (Hydro, Fuel, Rent Invoices, Phone)• Declaration FormsEvery Income Assistance client has signed this document and it is kept in each client’s respective file.ALL clients need to hand in declarations and bills monthly. Social Development pays bills on 1st and 15th of each month.Employable (Excluding Disability) need to submit a job search form. There will not be a cheque ready if you have not turned in.
