Our peoples have been creating maps since time immemorial, often used for hunting to facilitate trades over great expanses of wilderness. Today, mapping and GIS can be a powerful representation of First Nations communities’ land use rights and interests.

Course dates: Monday, Dec. 4 to Friday, Dec. 15, 2023
Course times: Full-time M-F 9-4pm w/ AM/PM break & 1hr. lunch
Where: 100% online with real-time instruction over Zoom
