The First Nations Child and Family Services and Jordan’s Principle Settlement has been approved by the Federal Court of Canada.
As such, First Nations children and families are a step closer to being compensated. Please note that several actions must take place before payments can be made.
Final details on compensation eligibility and the application process will be available at a later date.
