The FireSmart Community Preparedness Event will be taking place tomorrow, Saturday August 24th, from 10 AM to 4 PM.
Now that the Hullcar Mountain wildfire is under control, we want to invite members to this event for information on FireSmart and Emergency Preparedness in your community. Bring your questions and leave feeling more confident by learning what steps you can take to prepare your home and community for future wildfires.
Only have a little bit of time to spare on your Saturday? No worries – stop by for the free lunch being served from 12 PM to 1 PM. A showing of “The Test”, Logan Lake’s FireSmart success documentary, will be happening shortly after lunch as well.
