My last day at Splatsin Health Services will be May 16th.
I will be returning to school in the fall to pursue a PhD, focusing on developing a program framework for ‘Landbased Healing’ for individuals who have experienced the trauma of incarceration / prison.
I am so grateful for my time at Splatsin, and having the opportunity to meet with, laugh with and learn with community members and colleagues. I am grateful to have been trusted to provide counselling, lead the groups of Wellbriety and Creative Corner, host workshops/events, and walk alongside community members on their various life journeys.
I will miss this community so much.
