PLANNED VEGETATION MANAGEMENT SET TO START
Planned vegetation management by BC Hydro on the Transmission Right of Way located on Enderby IR 2 is set to start this week (likely Friday, December 16).
A Splatsin cultural monitor will be present during work completion.
The equipment to carry out this vegetation work is now available, and with the pending cold weather and small amount of snow on the ground, the conditions to complete this project are almost perfect.
Work is expected to continue up to December 24 and possibly resume (if necessary) at the beginning of the new year.
Active Work Site signs will be located at access points to this work area: please stay safe and avoid active work areas.
