Splatsin Stsmamlt Services, formerly known as the Spallumcheen Child Welfare Program, is an independent and completely autonomous child and family services Program operating for 41 years by Splatsin. The legislation that Splatsin Stsmamlt Services operates under is Bylaw #3, 1980 a Bylaw for the Care of Our Indian Children.
For more than 40 years, through the assertion of their inherent rights, Splatsin delivers comprehensive family preservation support and child protection services. The program realizes jurisdiction over any Splatsin child regardless of where they live.
