The BCAFN has an exciting opportunity fora full-time Executive Assistant, Administration & Records Management to join our team at the BCAFN, based in Prince George, B.C.
This role will report to the Chief of Staff and Finance Manager, and will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of office operations, including a key focus on records management. This includes overseeing the transition of physical files to digital formats, ensuring proper scanning, organization, and archiving of documents. The role also provides critical corporate governance support, helping to maintain accurate records and documentation in alignment with the direction provided by the Board of Directors.
