Splatsin is seeking a talented individual to join our team as an HR Manager (Part-Time).

Reporting to the Administrator, the Human Resources Manager is responsible for developing and implementing policies, programs, and procedures regarding human resource planning, recruitment, training, and development for Splatsin. The Human Resources Manager will work closely with Program Managers and Directors to ensure the effective management of human resources in alignment with the community’s goals and values.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

• In-Office Role
• Monday – Friday (25 hours per week)
